Getting there
We recommend arriving by Thursday afternoon at the latest and departing anytime on Sunday. You’re of course welcome to extend your trip on either end, but our hosted wedding festivities will run from Thursday evening through Saturday night.
Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport
Flights should be booked to Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR) in Liberia, Costa Rica. Several airlines serve this destination, with Alaska Airlines, JetBlue, and United Airlines offering some of the most direct routes. We recommend booking your flights early to secure the best options.
Airport Transportation
The town of Las Catalinas, where we’ll be staying, is approximately 1 hour from the airport.
We’ve partnered with a trusted transportation provider, Dervin, who can assist with coordinating both arrival and departure transportation. You can contact him directly via WhatsApp at +506 8813 9675 to schedule your ride.
Transportation costs are as follows: $100 each way for groups of 1–4 people, and $25 per person each way for groups of more than 4.
We’ll share a Google spreadsheet below where you can enter your flight details—this will help coordinate shared rides with other guests arriving or departing around the same time, if you're interested.

A Quick Note on Accommodations:
Las Catalinas is a remote beach town on Costa Rica’s Guanacaste coast with only three main accommodation options—all within walking distance.
We have a special rate available at the Santarena Hotel.
The other two options are Casa Chameleon and vacation rentals throughout town.

Santarena Hotel

We’ve secured a special group rate of $330/night (taxes + fees included) for our wedding weekend (Thursday–Sunday). You're also welcome to extend your stay at the same rate for up to three days before and after the weekend.

Casa Chameleon
Casa Chameleon at Las Catalinas is a luxury adults-only boutique hotel offering an intimate and secluded retreat with breathtaking ocean views. Each private villa features a saltwater infinity plunge pool, a spacious terrace, and elegant design inspired by the natural surroundings. Access to the town of Las Catalinas is just steps away, allowing guests to easily explore the vibrant town while enjoying the tranquility of their private oasis.
Standard nightly rates at Casa Chameleon typically range from $1,200 - $1,900+ taxes, depending on the villa type.
